轴模块包含直流链路和为电机供电的逆变器。根据需要的轴数,将轴模块连接到电源模块上,形成多轴伺服系统。具有不同额定值的轴模块可以组合在一起,以便对各个轴进行优化设计。
支持100 ~ 480v AC的宽电压范围,可以不受任何电源模块的限制地工作。这种灵活性简化了任何类型电源的机器配置的实现。电气连接无需工具即可通过已经集成的AX-Bridge建立:它自动连接直流链路,24v直流控制电压,并通过EtherCAT在连接的模块之间进行通信。直流链路连接能够在加速和制动过程中交换能量,其中再生制动能量主要存储在公共直流链路中。如果能量超过直流链路电容,则使用AX881x电容模块的制动电阻来抑制直流链路电压。AX8000多轴伺服驱动系统包含TwinSAFE安全驱动技术的新功能:AX8108、AX8118和AX8206轴模块包括一个与EL6910对应的可编程TwinSAFE逻辑,可以在伺服驱动中直接实现安全应用。用户在实现驱动技术系统的安全应用方面有更大的自由度,编程的灵活性有利于安全驱动技术的个性化设计,以适应特定的系统。安全功能STO和SS1可以通过订购选项-0100 (STO/SS1)的TwinSAFE轴模块实现。这些功能既可以通过硬接线启动,也可以通过FSoE启动。对于具有订购选项-0200(安全运动)的TwinSAFE轴模块,各种内部和外部驱动信号可用于实现特定应用的安全功能。通常,这些模块可以与典型的EL6910预认证功能模块互连,形成复杂、安全的驱动功能,如SLS、SLP等。根据应用程序的不同,面向安全的信息可以直接在驱动器中进行预处理,以便中央TwinSAFE逻辑只需要处理聚合在那里的信息。
多反馈接口(订购选项-0x10)支持数字编码器系统EnDat 2.2/22和bis C.两个进一步的D-sub 15针连接器可以在前盖后面找到。因此,一个或两个EnDat或bis编码器可以连接到一个单轴模块。使用双轴模块,每个轴分配一个编码器接口。
这些编码器系统可以用作主要或次要反馈接口。初级反馈意味着这些编码器被用作换相编码器。这是第三方电机的情况,或者如果倍福直线电机与此反馈操作。二次反馈的例子:带有OCT的AM8000伺服电机驱动主轴轴,主轴轴还配备了线性编码器以提高精度。
