概要 |
EL7201-9014伺服电机EtherCAT终端具有集成的绝对值接口,在非常紧凑的设计中提供高伺服性能。基于磁场定向电流和PI速度控制的快速控制技术,支持快速和高动态的定位任务。通过I²T模型计算对过压和欠压、过流、终端温度或电机负载等众多参数进行监测,可提供最大的运行可靠性。EtherCAT作为一种高性能系统通信,而CAN-over-EtherCAT (CoE)作为应用层,可以与基于pc的控制技术实现理想的接口。最新的功率半导体保证了最小的功率损耗,并在制动时能够反馈到直流链路。16个led显示状态,警告和错误信息以及可能的活动限制。
使用一根电缆技术(OCT),编码器电缆通过现有的电机电缆以数字方式传输编码器信号,从而省去了编码器电缆。从AM81xx系列中读取合适电机的电子识别板的选项使即插即用解决方案在调试期间提供最大的便利性。
根据EN 61800-5-2的STO功能,可以使用符合DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2015安全级别Cat. 3, PL d的无反应HWE输入来实现(参见文档“EP7211-0034 | TwinSAFE应用示例”)。 |
