概要 |
EL7211-9014伺服电机EtherCAT终端集成了一根电缆技术(OCT),在非常紧凑的设计中为AM8100高达4.5 a (Irms)的电机提供高伺服性能。一电缆技术将电机电缆和绝对反馈系统结合在一根电缆中。AM81xx电机的集成电子式板可由伺服终端自动读取,自动配置电机参数。因此,布线和调试费用降到最低。
基于磁场定向电流和PI速度控制的快速控制技术,支持快速和高动态的定位任务。通过I²T模型计算对过压和欠压、过流、终端温度或电机负载等众多参数进行监测,可提供最大的运行可靠性。EtherCAT作为一种高性能系统通信,而CAN-over-EtherCAT (CoE)作为应用层,可以与基于pc的控制技术实现理想的接口。最新的功率半导体保证了最小的功率损耗,并在制动时能够反馈到直流链路。16个led显示状态,警告和错误信息以及可能的活动限制。
根据EN 61800-5-2的STO功能,可以使用符合DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2015安全级别Cat. 3, PL d的无反应HWE输入来实现(参见文档“EP7211-0034 | TwinSAFE应用示例”)。 |
