红外线传输
这些测头可靠地传输红外线信号,减少在不易接近的机床内进行布线。红外线信号传输是紧凑型机床的理想选择。
电池寿命长
HEIDENHAIN工件测头提供智能待机功能,电池寿命长达约800小时,因此,无需频繁更换电池,进而缩短停机时间。换电池操作便捷,无需工具。
可选测针丰富
HEIDENHAIN提供丰富可选的测针,满足不同应用要求,其中包括不同的球头直径和测针长度。测针更换轻松简单:全部测针都配M3螺纹,可轻松固定在TS工件测头上。
长时间保持高精度
即使进行500万次探测后,HEIDENHAIN工件测头仍保持高精度:在3 m/min探测速度下,探测重复精度可达2 σ ≤ 1 µm,即使长时间使用,这些测头依然提供可靠的测量结果。
