更高性能
即使是第一个扫描点,也能提供有效的测量结果,因此,可减少重复探测和缩短非生产时间。即使在快速扫描情况下,优异的探测可重复性也能缩短非生产时间。
可靠的工件清洁
即使工件上残留冷却液,也不影响测量结果,但残留的切屑可能影响测量结果。为此,这款测头配喷嘴,可用高达60巴的压力清洁工件。机床必须提供相应配置。
便捷的TNC操作
HEIDENHAIN测头与SE 661收发器(EnDat接口)配合使用,可在TNC显示屏上快速、轻松配置测头,检查红外线信号强度,扫描无线电频道或检查电池充电情况。
对工件的影响轻微
传感器内高性能的探测力分析功能将探测力减小到最小,传感器方向设计合理,测针无任何横向运动,最大限度保护工件
